It's the worst thing ever, very deceptive! How could Christians say they are monotheism when they have their Trinity belief? It's like portraying God as one with personality disorder. I used to believe in Jesus but not anymore...I grew up in a Christian family and I finally got the nerve to leave it. Why do Christianity and Islam say that if you don't believe in their religion then you'll go to hell? A good way to deceive billion and billions of people! Fear.

I didn't bash, I was just asking...I can't ask my family cause they'll freak if they know that I left Christianity, they'll tell me "you're going to hell!" Well, told my mom and she's a sweetheart mom and she put a Jesus picture in my frame lol. I'm taking it out!

There is so much I could say to disprove you...but I'm not an ****** so whatever. I believe also in letting people believe what they want...even if they are wrong...or bashing other peoples beliefs (wait didn't you just do that?)

Belief in the Trinity is not a departure from monotheism.

It's not proper to describe it as "personality disorder" because, while humans can't exist as three persons, God can. And He does. God's existence is on a much higher plane than ours.

So you think that billions of people have been deceived into believing in Christianity?

Fair enough. That's your opinion -- but you should also consider the possibility that maybe you are the one who's been deceived. Deceived by the secular world into thinking that Christianity is not the truth.

Christianity doesn't say if you don't believe in their religion you'll go to hell. Christianity says if you repent and believe in Jesus that you will not perish, and if you reject him that he will reject you before the Father, and yes that does mean hell.

Islam does not believe in the Almighty God. The angel who brought the Koran to Mohammad said that God doesn't have a son so he was either telling the truth and Jesus isn't the son of God, or he was a fallen angel and a liar. That's the good way to deceive billions of people you were talking about. Don't be afraid to stand up for the truth.

When a person maintains that he was once a Christian, but came to his senses, he is saying that he once knew the Lord (see John 17:3). Ask him, "Did you know the Lord?" He will then be forced to say, "I thought I did!" This gives you license to gently say, "If you don’t know so, then you probably didn’t." If he didn’t know the Lord, he was therefore never a Christian (1 John 5:11–13,20).

Explain to him that the Bible speaks of false conversion, in which a "stony ground" hearer receives the Word with joy and gladness. Then, in a time of tribulation, temptation, and persecution, falls away. If he is open to reason, take him through the Ten Commandments, into the message of the cross, and the necessity of repentance and faith in the Savior.

Forget about religion...The truth is, there is a good force, and there is an evil force... (Whether you call the forces Christ and Satan or not) Just choose which one you want to follow.

The father, the son and the holy spirit. Christ is one with His Father and the Holy Spirit is God’s gift which acts as a counsel for all Christians so they are always one with God. Once they accept Christ, they receive the holy spirit in them and are one with God. That’s why it’s said that Christians are reconciled with God (through their belief in Christ and having the holy spirit in them). It’s not polytheism. It’s monotheism because they are one and the same yet are the holy trinity.

I hope this answers your queries. Do not let your ignorance blind you to the Lord.

However I’m one Christian who cares not about whether non-Christians are saved or not. So oh well Good luck. Cheerios!

Edited to respond to your reply: Well yes it's MY lord, not yours. I love Him so and I don’t care if anyone else loves Him. If He only loved me, I’d be even more gleeful! Haha. That’s why I don’t care to proselytize at all. How I hunger for Him and His love. I know Jesus loves me and I love Jesus. I don’t care what anyone else says. I may not always be faithful bcos I’m human and sometimes I slip but He is always faithful to me and never lets go of my hand.

ES holds a very good point, But as for your first question God is not a human. God said let us create man in our image,Father,Son,Holy Spirit. God was aways there he sent his son to earth to show us the way and live as a human to die for us, for our sins that is out of love for us because we are his children and we are only saved by his grace.
If you don't know Jesus you can't know the Father.
And it's not my religion I believe in,my choice of religion only teaches me What I believe in is God not out of fear out of love for him when he comes again I don't fear that I look forward to it.Hell don't scare me because I won't be there,If billions of people do fear Hell it's probably because they have not excepted Jesus yet and that is where there heading.

Personality disorder? okay Can you show me where Jesus was in disagreement with the father? If Jesus and the Father and the Son are one God how could that be a personality disorder the are surely in agreement if they are one God. Consider yourself are you one? Are you not created in the likeness of God having both body and spirit and the two make up a living soul? If you be without a spirit wouldn't you die with your flesh? The doctrine of the trinity does represent the likeness of God and he too is more than a single thing and our salvation does depend on it. God gave man the law tho show his need for God no man can be perfect and the wages of sin is death. If God is righteous then death is required of every man that sins. god loved his creation in spite of his sin and he himself paid the penalty for him. Only God is without sin and no man can be perfect it si the reason why God in the form of man Jesus Christ came to the world to overcome temptation and remain perfect and to lay down his flesh to atone for the sins of those who accept his atonement. If Jesus is not God we all perish in our sin.

Yes, the incarnate one, Jesus. He shed his Godliness and came to earth as a man so he could suffer what humankind deserved and save them from going through the separation from God the Father. Thank You Jesus. I appreciate what you have done!
