Its a really tough one to figure out but if you think really hard you will figure it out I did but it wasn't easy ready here it goes...........

I have six horses and twelve stables how do I fit all six horses into all twelve stables

There are several ways to solve this. The least practical that I can see is cutting each horse in half. Place one half into each stable. Seeing how this would be disgusting and not a true solution, I'll move on to a better idea.

I would remove a dividing wall between every other stable. This way, 12 regular stables becomes 6 large stables. 6 stables, 6 horses, one in each. Problem solved.

Another idea:
The riddle doesn't say that all horses must be in all stables at one time. Put the horses in 6 stables, then move the horses to the other 6 stables. Problem solved, again.

rotate the horses when cleaning the stalls.
