I know a guy and he is a good friend of mine, we had flings and stuff, but i want to move to the next step. but i dont want him to scatter off and never want to see me again. i am going nuts and cant stop thinking what am i about to do. we are both 19. guys and girls pls help. i really like him, but dont know if he likes me back?

My suggestion is to play it cool in order not to push him away, he must like you if you guys had a fling, but maybe he's afraid to move to the next step since the both of you are such good friends. If there is no progress by the time you two are at it again, (flinging) :) then bring it up gently. ask him where is this headed or is it heading somewhere? get him to open up and talk. Remember never give too much.

Try sending a text. Something like: 'Hi What are you up to today? xx' or 'Just thought I'd say hello. xx' The xx's are important and mean a little more than just one 'x' which a friend might send. See how he responds. If you get a nice txt back don't respond straight away, leave it a day so you don't seem over keen then build on that with another nice txt message and the 2 xx's Good Luck!

at 19 I thought I knew every thing, and could handle relationships. Not at all at that age there are too many hormones pumping through your body, and being a young cocky S.O.B I was always breaking hearts and which in turn broke mine . So if any thing I would play hard to get and have him persue, at least you would know in the end if he like you or not. And don't worry it's not the end of the world your only 19, live life first and then worry about boys.

It takes two hands to clap; it is likewise in a relationship. You just have to let him know you really like him and want to move to the next step with him in your life. The ball is then in his court. He will have to decide to do so with you or not. Always remember that you can't force true love out of someone. It is either he reciprocates or he doesn't. It is all good and well if he does. i feel u should just tell him and get it off ur chest once and for all. if he likes u at all he wud appreciate u for telling him dat.if he doesnt go with it well nothing is lost u cud still be his friend but u'd ave 2 move on with ur life without him it just means dat he's not d one for u.good luck
