Blackheads aren't dirty or anything, its a reaction that the sebum has with the air, which turns the head black. The best thing to do is to have a good daily routine.

Wash (one for oily skin, most people with blackheads have oily skin , use GENTLE exfoliant, toner (its like conditioner for your skin), and a light oil free moisteriser. Once a week use a deep clean mud musk or peel off mask to get rid of the stuff in your pores.

PORES ARE ALWAYS OPEN so don't try and close them.

I have an acne treatment that has won me the best answer ten times. Each time, the person said it worked great. I'll copy and paste it below.

Use a hot compress on it, and then use cool water to close the pores. Do the process over and over again, about five or six times. Use soap to wash the area, and then treat it with an alcohol soaked cotton ball. It should be gone within five to six hours.

Blackheads are caused by dirt clogging the pores of skin, unlike acne, that usually strikes at random and has a lot more to do with hormones, stress levels, etc.

Keep your face/skin clean and a good non abrasive soap. I use Ivory or Dial.
