It's a color. You may have no feeling to identify colors. Colors help us to see or feel or sort objects differently from a distance. White is one of the colors. It's just a color, nothing else. Color is nothing itself. So you better not bother yourself thinking about it. I do not khow what you see in your eyes. If you have any bright or good memories about life, you can assume that those memories are white. I'm an ignorant bastard and I'm too untrained to properly explain you what is white.

White is the opposite of black, it's all plain and if you look into really bright, white light you can see the color.
