The woman who did the advertisement on television for Tylenol products said, " If your going to take more than the recommended dosage, we'd prefer you not to take our medicine at all."
I'm no doctor and I wouldn't have a clue of how to check for liver damage,so I'd go with what the commercial says, in this situation, just to be more on the safe side. I may not have quoted the exact words, but that is what she was saying.

Take 3 extra strength Tylenol only on the advice of a doctor and only when you have severe pain. Although Tylenol is a relative safe drug, if abused it can cause severe damage to your liver.

I would suggest taking the least amount possible. However, sometimes that added one does make all the difference. You just need to be sure that it doesn't become a regular thing. It will build your tolerance up and then you'll be taking four, then five and the next thing you know, they don't help at all but you keep taking them anyways and it ends up eating a hole through your stomach.
If you can, take two to start with. If you don't feel better within a couple hours, take another one. Especially, being at such a light weight, you don't want to risk causing any damage.

Overdose warning: Taking more than the recommended dose (overdose) may cause liver damage. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away. (1-800-222-1222). Quick medical attention is critical for adults as well as for children even if you do not notice any signs or symptoms. Acetaminophen may cause liver damage.

The dosage your talking about isn't going to make any difference at all. The only time you really need to worry about liver and/or kindey damage due to tylenol, or advil is when you take large amount of either for a prolonged period of time. I go thru periodic episodes of massive headaches, and have taken up to 20 plus advil in one day. Although that is not recommended, it's not going to cause instant organ failure. If I did that for a length of time however it would start to eat away at your organs.

Taking 3 instead of 2 shouldn't hurt your liver unless you do it frequently. I suggest you try 2 Aspirin instead of Tylenol - it works a lot better and faster!

The scripture says, "they are lost...and their minds are blinded..." We need to "search for the sheep" who are teachable, and those whom Jesus and his father are calling. We don't know the goats from the sheep unless they expose themselves to us, or make it clear to us because we knock on everyone's door, if we are Jehovah's witnesses. We are the messengers. Mat.24:14 "And this good news of the kingdom will be preached in all the inhabited earth..." and for some the light expose Satan for whom he is, the God of this system of things, while Jehovah is the ruler of the universe. Although some can change and some remain the same, too.
