i was downlaoding a 370mb torrent file in utorrent..and it suddenly stopped at 47.4% download...it took like 15 hrs to get to 47.4% and now its not downlolading..plz tell me why this cud be..what do i do now.

bad tracker or all the seeders left,could be a bad file wait to see if it starts again or you might have to find a different download
see if they have it on torrent spy or another copy on utorrent

You must check if the torrents has anymore seeds left before downloading. The more seeds there are, the bigger is the chance of finish downloading the torrent, and vice versa. And so, if you are downloading a torrent that has few or no seeds, you have a very small chance of completing the download.

Torrents are downloaded from "seeds." This means that the torrent will be downloaded from other people across the internet.

If those people are not on that contain the file that you are downloading, then you cannot download that file until that person is available for seeding.

I am Not sure the cause exactly,
but it could be happen for two cause.
1.Disturbance in the Network connection
2.Low Hard Disc space.

its possible you and your fellow peers have no more seeds to download from, so even though you all have peices of the file, its not, and cannot ever be complete. just keep it in your browser, in case they come back online. good luck!

First, there could be no seed. If there is, than the port may be blacklisted. Try this site for advice.
