There is a condition that causes hand tremors only when writing. I know someone with this problem. They were pleased to find out it wasn't Parkinson's, which would cause tremors at other times too. I believe the condition is called "Writer's Tremor".

Don't worry, but consult a doctor to eliminate other possible causes for the tremor.

My friend has an over active thyroid which causes her hands to shake occasionally. Probably best to see a doctor to try and find out the cause then you'll be in a better position to work out what to do about it.
