If an manufacturer based in US meets ANSI codes.Will it can be used in other countries where BS codes are followed?

Not necessarily.

These two bodies of standards (which is what they actually are) have been developed independently.

ANSI represents only a partial list of standards for US (there is also AWS and ASME for welding, as an example). BS standards have widely been obsoleted by the emergence of EN standards (then there is also BS EN standards).

You must review the applicable BS for your particular application to assure compliance. There is not necessarily a good or direct "cross reference". This is a service that my company performs from time to time - finding a migration path from BS or EN standards to American standards for European companies wishing to source the manufacture of their designs in the US (the dollar is very weak right now - this is worth the investment to many European companies right now)
