There is a low-calorie diet called the three-day diet... In three days, you're suppose to lose 5-10 lbs. However, it's so low calorie that you're only suppose to maintain it for three days and then give yourself a three day break before trying it again. If you don't follow that rule of waiting, your body will go into starvation mode, and you will actually end up GAINING weight because your body will store everything that it is fed, so be careful and be smart. Here is a link where you can find the diet.

Have you thought about joining something like weight watchers or jenny craig or looking into the south beach diet or low-carb? I know a lot of people who SWEAR by low carb (aka Atkins). However, I'm currently trying weight watchers, the point system. It's working really well. It's crazy how you can think you're not eating a lot, but really be consuming a lot of needless calories -- like my favorite sauce for my nuggets from Wendy's is Honey Mustard --LOVE IT. BUT it's four points for ONE pack and I'm only "allowed" 20 per day. "Counting" diets make you realize it's not how much you eat, but WHAT you eat.
Hope I helped--Good luck!

Quit eating. I know that sounds a little a hole but it's true. Most people think that if they go on a diet they will lose weight. All you have to do is push yourself away from the table and don't over fill yourself. Back away from the fatty stuff like cake & candy. Stay away from McDonalds and all that faST food junk. Take in the least ammount of fat pos able and you will lose weight.

Try a cleansing diet! I did and lost 11 pounds and 21 inches in only 9 days. I was very happy with the results and continued on the program and lost 29 pounds in 5 weeks. This is the fastest I have ever lost with other diets like Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, Medifast, Slimfast etc…. Cleansing works by removing toxins from your body. You get toxins from your food (pesticides, preservatives, food additives, colorings) water, chemicals, pollution, medications, alcohol, hormones that the animals you eat were fed etc….YUCK! The toxins get coated with fat and remain in your body. To remove the fat, you have to remove the toxins. This system worked for me, maybe it can work for you too. You can check out the website or call this toll free number 1-877-587-4647 for more info. The program is not cheap, but it is worth every penny since it works and keeps you motivated. Good luck! Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.

Eat just fruit & vegatables with fish as a main meat source, drink only water, go for a good walk morning & afternoon, you can lose around 7pounds a week if you stick to it, you will also feel great after just two weeks, I went from 200pounds to 160pounds in 6 months, I eat well & feel well now, then its just a case of staying away from the fatty foods.
The fastest way is to starve yourself & drink gallons of water, stay away from dairy products like milk.
