First, is the cat crying or meowing. My cat meows very loud in the morning too. Yours could be for a number of reasons.
1 - She could be hungry since I'm assuming you haven't feed her yet since it is only morning.
2 - She could need to go to the bathroom.
3 - She may want outside. My cat wants outside in the morning around 5 or 6 o clock and meows really loud to get our attention and make us let her out.
4 - She may want to play with you or get your attention.
5 - She MIGHT be in heat and whining cause she wants a male cat.
6 - She may be sick. If so, you should take her to the vet.

Easy to work out
Does she stop when you feed her?
Does she stop when you pet her?
Does she stop when you let her out?
Cats are usually quite good at showing exactly what they want, my cat had cyctitus and was crying a lot...
As others have mentioned she may be in heat, in which case you will have to bare the wining.
If in doubt you should take her to the vet, you will probably have to pay, but it's always better better to be safe than sorry.

do you mean crying as in miaowing loudly or watery eye. Animals have feelings too. I have 3 cats, 1 is quite noisy usually cos she just wants some fuss and attention. Another one is pretty quiet but she does get a watery eye now and then but seems fine.
Conclusion: don't worry about it your cat probably just wants some fuss.

Better take him/her to the vet quick, could be minor like stomach cramps or could be something more serious, need to get it checked out.
