Check eBay for similar cameras. Also www.keh.com will give you an estimate on what they will pay, although that might be a little less than the open market. You could also check them and see what your camera is selling for. The camera body at keh is less than $150 in EX condition, I only saw the lens in packages with other camera bodies, in the $250 or so range.

Unfortunately (or fortunately, depending on if you're the buyer or the seller) film cameras don't fetch much, unless they are collectible.

I believe I would try selling it all as a kit on eBay. Find out first what keh would offer on it, then make that your reserve price. You never know, people may get caught up in bidding and you may do well!

Good luck!

The FM10 and Pentax K1000 are probably the most recent all manual, ie no auto-anything, cameras. Neither are currently in production but you should be able to find them fairly easily second hand. Other options: Nikon FM2n, FM2, FM (FE is an auto-exposure (AE) camera that can be used in a manual mode). I have two FM2n in my collection - they are great cameras. Canon FTbn, FTb - now quite old. I have been searching for one in good condition for some time, without success. Uses the FD mount, now out of production for a couple of decades, but plenty of lenses and other accessories on the on-line auction sites. Ricoh KR-5 Super (these have a variation of the Pentax K mount, so there are plenty of good quality second hand lenses around that will fit) Yashica FX3 Super 2000, FX3 Super, FX3. These use the Contax Yashica (C/Y) bayonet mount. Lenses etc only marginally more difficult to get than Nikon or Pentax mounts. The FM10 is a re-branded Cosina body. There are a variety of other Cosina bodies sold either as Cosina or with different brands that accept Pentax K mount lenses. Some that come to mind are Ricoh KR-5sv, Cosina CT-1A and Miranda MS-1 Super (sold in the UK by Dixons). In terms of lenses and accessories, Nikon and Pentax still use a variation of their original bayonet mounts. Current lenses are not always fully compatible with older cameras & vice versa, but they are both good foundations for a system.
