Can a man question God? Yes, you say, but can you really? If God created us, then he can make up any rules he wants regarding us. Makes sense, if God made us. Well one of his rules, and this is seen throughout the world and in all times, is that man should not have sex with a man and a woman should not have sex with a woman, and neither should have sex with an animal. God calls this an abomination. He also says something inexplicable, that those who do these things receive a punishment within themselves. He also lets us know that those who do such things will have a reserved space in the Lake of Fire. However, if God did not make us and if he isn't, then the worst you have to look forward to is Aids. However, the inmates of the Lake of Fire are not just gays. They are murderers, liars, haters and on and on. In fact, the haters of gays will be there with the gays. In fact, which one of us can stand at the judgment of God and proclaim our innocence? Nothing will be hidden; everything will be exposed. We would die if our whole lives in every detail would appear on screen for everyone to see. At the judgment, nothing will be hidden. We will be naked and open before God Almighty, totally stripped of any notion that we are good; terrorized as we look at the Lake of Fire looming ahead of us; knowing there is no escape, no reprieve.
We all are in some deep sh*t, the gays and non gays alike. However, if there is no God, then we are free to do whatever we want. Well, almost. Playing Russian Roulette is not exactly freedom. And that is the way it is: live it up but down deep a worry that there is a judgment and punishment for what we do. We ignore it and deny it but the next spin of the revolver might reveal the moment of truth. That is our fear. We don't escape it. We dope it, we drown it in excess, but it remains. God Almighty looms over us whether we like it or not.

Well, if there is God, he would not make mistake of course, But, who told you there is God, was it God? No.. Humans told you there is God, and God say blah, and say blah... but humans make mistakes? right? and they are sinful, as those humans say that God said..... therefore, even if Bible or any other book correct in some aspects, how then all aspects would be correct, if all written by humans? who are sinful?

I dare anyone to prove there is a town called Sodom and destroyed totally from God, not by earthquake, or flood which can naturally occurs anywhere in the world, and scientifically proven has no relation with super power or anything not physical. it is natural disasters, not God thing.

Finally, before you condemn Gays or any people based on your beliefs in non-physical things, weigh the possibility that could be there is no God, or could be there is a God from different kind that prescribed, or there are no rules set by God at least...

And yet he allowed the conquests of Alexander the Great? I guess that must be what made him so great then.

And what about Rome? He punished homosexuality but let the Romans build on orgies and gladiatorial battles?

Or what about present day life. Why do good and honest people seem to suffer more?

God does not seem to be in the busy of punishment and reward nowadays. Not in this life at least. So any story about any city being destroyed because god hates them is rubbish. Did you know what some said about the tsunami in asia which affected several muslim countries? Some are actually claiming that was God's wrath!?! Duh, I guess he seems to hate the party people in jakarta more than Saddam Hussein.

Edit: So for god to be able to punish someone, that person must first have heard of him?! Some all powerful god that one, huh?

God, who created human beings decreed that sexual relations be between a man and a woman. Homosexuality is an abomination to God. According to Islamic sources, God will not look at anyone who engages in homosexual acts. This means they will not be allowed into heaven. God does not hate the gays, but hates their actions. He loves them and offers them a chance to repent and put themselves on the right path up until their last breath. If they choose to remain defiant, then they have sealed they own fate. Of coarse in the end, God can do as God wills and forgive whoever God pleases.

I'm not sure if God hates gays but there is NO doubt that they are sinning in His eyes. For God's sake if anyone claims to be a Christian, it says in the bible which he/she believes in that homosexuality is a perversion in His eyes. And He made Eve for Adam and did not mean for Adam to screw another guy! And He did not make the world for the men to be screwing other men and falling for other men, it goes against His own design of procreation and the human body, which is very very self-evident.

So I don't really how some gays/lesbians who claim to be Christians also claim that the Christian God does not disapprove of homosexuality! Ridiculous

I do believe that the tsunami in Asia was God’s wrath. I am an Asian who lives in Asia however my country was not one of the affected ones but Christians only make up about 20% of the population here.

The most affected countries with the highest casualties were Indonesia (muslim), Thailand (buddhist), Sri Lanka (hindu), parts of India (hindu). And it IS a fact that the minority Christian and catholic communities who live by the bay were miraculously found to be unscathed. I even know of a real-life example of high-end properties (spas, hotels) in Phuket (Thailand) and Bali (Indonesia) owned by Christian tycoons from Singapore in the worst hit areas that escaped the tsunami completely.

Of course it’s easy to dismiss it as a coincidence and yet another hogwash invented by Christians to glorify the power of their God. I don’t think any Christian out there is compelling non-Christians to believe it and I don’t think they care if non-Christians believe in what they believe. I don't, for one.

Yes the Judeo-Christian God is loving and forgiving, but He is also angry with certain things about the world. It’s easy to cop out by saying that since He created men, He also created sin but please remember Christians believe that He gave man free will, and didn’t make man like robots. And yes He did say in the bible that He will punish and show His wrath in end times. Not merely only in the second coming, but during the end-times as well (which is NOW)

As for Saddam, isn’t he being hanged now or already hanged? Just as my God has different and sometimes creative ways of blessing, He also has the same different and myriad ways when punishing =)

If there is a god and you also follow the bible then doesn't it say that god loves all and forgives all.

Going off the religious point here, if god gave you your sould and made you what you are then didn't god in fact produce people who would grow up and be gay.

The apostle Paul indicates that homosexuals have refused to believe the Truth. If God allowed one people to believe a certain thing was wrong (let us say same sex relationships,) and led another group of people to believe that that certain thing was right, then it follows that God is a not truth, love, or justice,. God is not wrong. I can't say who will get into heaven.

He does not personally "hate" them, He hates the sin that they are doing. Our culture, specifically, here in America, says its ok for gays/lesbians to do their thing and march and parade and make special cases and laws so they can be ok with themselves. God, on the otherhand, has always warned people about doing that kind of thing, and has punished accordingly.

I'm not sure if you beleive the Bible, or what, but I would rather error on the right side, ie, if there is not God, then my behavior will not hurt me, however if there is a God, then my behavior will please Him.

Of course God can not be wrong the decision is his. If he wants to get rid of his mistakes he just melts them down and starts over. Sort of like in manufacturing quality control when a bad product is put out it is melted down and you start over. Jays don't need God anyway. The sooner they realize what a bunch of crap it is the better off they will be. If they have to have religion why don't they just modify the bible leaving out all reference to homosexuality and make Jesus Gay that way they could have their own religion if they need one.

God doesn't hate anyone or anything because He created everything in the universe and so on. He has nothing but eternal love for all His creations and if He did hate them it would be against what God stands for. And of course gays will be allowed into Heaven because only dark or gray entities mostly those who have turned against God or don't believe in Him. God is omnipotnent and omniscient all knowing and all powerful and could never be wrong.
