Hello,

I want to start off with saying that I would like some honest suggestions. I am about 5'9, weigh between 140- 145. I don't really exercise, unless you include walking across campus at my university or my job as a to-go girl, where I prepare food to-go at a busy restauraunt. I would like some suggestions about exersizes I can do for my belly, it pokes out a little, and I would definately like to tone up and get that flat belly- Thanks! Kmrelo

Hey I understand, when youre that tall and thin its quite noticeable having a belly poke out!
Do some dumbell bends, crunches, captains chair and crunch ups. I have this and many more tips as well as examples on my website.

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.

eat very little evry 3 hrs... this helps as if u diet and dun eat, the body thinks u r starving and therefore stores the little food u eat as fat.. that explains the belly... and take apple cider vinegar abt 10 ml.. it helps work the liver... liver needs vit c to function n vinegar is full of it.. after taking vinegar, do some skipping or just jump on the spot.. this help to get your organs working... and once your organs work u wil loose weight bt stick to this... and if u feel hungry within evry 3 hr break, drink lotsa water.. it fills ure stomach... dont drink gassy stuff... as ure stomach will expand due to the gas... by eating little (less than ure usual amt), it will help to shrink ure belly.... gud luck losing that belly...

General cardiovascular exercise will help you to lose fat all over, including your belly. Your body gets used to the amount of exercise it gets, so you have to work out to your target heart rate for the benefit.
