The one that does not work coz it shows the correct time atleast twice a day!

The clock that does not work, since this would tell the correct time twice a day. A clock that runs one minute slow, would give the correct time once in 720 (12*60) days.
(in a day the probability of it being correct is 1/ 3600, therefore, the clock will be correct once in [12*3600/60] days)

The one that doesn't work at all works best; it has the exact time twice a day. Whereas the one that loses a minute per day is exactly on every few years or so. Depending on how you look at it.

if you're lazy, then the one that doesnt work coz its right at least twice a day. If you willing to put in some effort then the one that loses a minute coz you can just set the time a minute ahead in the morning.
