Buy an ice cream maker. Once I bought too much strawberry yogurt and didn't want it to go bad, so I put it in the ice cream maker, and it was quite nice. Not as sweet as frozen yogurt you get in the store, though, so if you really want it sweet I would suggest you add a bit of sugar before you freeze it.
You can also use plain yogurt, fresh fruit (don't use frozen without thawing it first; I tried that once and it ended up with a very granular texture), and sugar. I would suggest heating the fruit in a saucepan, adding some fruit juice, and then putting in the sugar so you can be sure the sugar will dissolve properly. Then mix the fruit with the yogurt and put it in the ice cream maker.
