W-9, do I need to file taxes?

Ok, I'm a complete moron when it comes to taxes. I'm 19, and I've never had to file any taxes, but I've been asked to fill out a W-9 for job where I could make some money. Will I need to file taxes in that case? I don't think I'll even make that much.

there are minimums that you need to meet before you are required to file a tax return, BUT if you have any income tax withheld it is in your best interest to file a return so you can get that back.
