i have windows 98 second edition i think a digital camera with 3.1 megapixel is too much can anyone help me Thanks

I've never seen a question phrased quite like this before, either on this board or in photography magazines. But I see your point. You will have great difficulty in obtaining a camera under 3.1 megapixels these days, other than a camera phone (which I think are abominations!). Why not go the other way and upgrade your ram? It's quite cheap. You can go to www.crucial.com and download a scan program which will look at the configuration of your computer and suggest the best upgrades.
