You are a girl, you should totaly know the answer to this. What would it take for someone to seuduce you? Maybe you play with her hair, touch her shoulders, squeeze her hand then let go, make her laugh, smell her and tell her you are enjoying the way she smells. For goodness sakes don't talk about it first. Kissing is an animal thing, not a talking thing. After you do all those things push her hair to the side while you are very close to and facing her. If she doesn't back away move closer, if she doesn't back away give her a small kiss. Then back away some and see if she kisses you.

Well, you certainly shouldn't write her a letter or e-mail because your spelling and grammar are not very good.
Also, unless she's a lesbian, bisexual or bi-curious then she's not going to make out with you, no matter what you do.
