Maybe it's a place where the noodles are too firm, cold and stuck together, and there is no Parmesan.

I pray to jesus that I get to go to the Pastafarian heaven.
Beer volcanoes and a stripper factory, exactly what heaven should be.
Perhaps the Pasta Hell is filled with the lesser and more evil Mac and Cheese? It wasn't touched by the FSM's noodley appendages and didnt become cleansed and covered in marinara and spaghetti?

It's more of a decomposing place so at least it's not eternal but the lack of Parmesan is quite cruel indeed.
