Not that I think these 2 religions are evil, this is just a question for the atheist species.

Christianity is not evil, muclims are the people that blow everything up.

I think it's a close race. Christians and Muslims are equally guilty of pushing the idea that they're right and everybody else is wrong.
Seems to me that this "my way or the highway" attitude is the source of all the religious violence and savagery throughout history.

A personal relationship with God is not evil. Evil happens when man starts adding his two cents worth to God's kingdom and counting it as Holy Writ.
