Just want to say sorry, I will be heartbroken, too, if my kitty were missing. Hopefully someone nice found it and take care of it, I hate to think it became street cat and eat from the garbage cans...

I'm sorry to say that by now she would mostlikely be fairly unrecognizable. Even finding her would not be as grattifying as you think it would be. Think of what happens if you don't see a friend for three months, then multiply that by like, 7. People change, cats change, too.

She's prolly either running around the streets, living it up in an adopted home, or been through the shelter living it up in a new home. I really wouldn't worry too much on it. Cats are very good at surviving. I mean, there aren't all that many "ferral" dogs in this country, but there are sure as heck a whole lotta ferral cats. They do fine on the streets as long as there is stuff to eat availible, even if that stuff is roadkill. You could find someone who would tell you that a diet of roadkill and grass is actually better than dry catfood... but anyways.

You're kitty is gone, I'm sorry to say. Just get up and hit your shelter and bring home another baby who may be on it's way to the vet for it's final shot. Stop worrying about a cat that's prolly doing fine and help out a new feline. You said she wasn't spayed? You never know, you could wind up with her kitten.

Sorry to hear you lost your kitty. Did you try checking at your local animal shelters or humane society? What about putting a lost ad in the paper? Many papers run lost and found ads for free. I have lost a few cats who never came home, and I never found out what happened to them. Every time I have ever had a cat disappear and then come back, it was no more than 4 or 5 days, although I have heard some pretty amazing animal stories. I hope you find your kitty, but in case you dont, my best advice would be to get another one when you feel you are ready for a new pet. There are many kitties at animal shelters who would love to have a permanent home. Just as an additional bit of advice, I decided several years ago to stop letting my cats go outside. There are too many dangers for them out there, and indoor cats live much longer lives. Good luck.

Sorry to hear your cat is missing. September is not that long ago, Put an ad in the local paper, and contact your local animal shelter to help to find your cat, and yes by all means put up more flyers, and include a picture if you can, put flyer up at local pet places, groomers, vets, stores and other places. I really think someone has your cat found the cat as a stray, that is why all my pets are microchiped, to be located if ever lost. Hope you find your cat. Best Wishes and Happy New Year.

I'm sorry. When you lose a cat where I live the shelters ask you to come in every few days to see if your cat is there. They keep photos/fliers for months there.

Hopefully she's found another home & isn't dead. I've spent months looking for cats after they have disappeared. One I found after winter. Someone had hit him on the road and thrown him to the ditch.

It's awful to lose an animal. Sorry!

you have executed all you may. cats have such loopy lives, he could walk on your door next week or by no ability. My cat disappeared and that i appeared everywhere and virtually went mad, i could not sit down without questioning of the place else i could shield which sooner or later she arrived back as though she had by no ability left. then 3 months in the past yet another of my cats disappeared she hasn't reappeared. i desperate that to maintain my sanity to in easy terms have faith the cat that it truly is going to be ok the place ever it truly is that if it truly is alive, and if it truly is ineffective that it did not go through. I continuously try image my cat in my minds eye and notice what they're doing, do they provide the effect of being satisfied or far far distant-it truly is how the main recent one looks once I image her. Sorry for rambling, i'm hoping he turns up for you.

I feel so bad for you... My cat went missing once when he was two but returned all wet and dirty and injured after 10 days. But your kitty has been missing since September... I would think that someone took your kitty ... just hope that kitty has a good life with whoever fell in love with her. Get another kitty and this time, keep her religiously indoors.

I hate to be negative, but she's probably gone. When my cat disappeared, we were pretty sure he was gone for good in about a week. :-( (He was fifteen so he probably ran away to die.) How old is your cat, by the way? And what type of neighborhood do you live in, (city, more rural, etc.)

Did you also put an ad in your paper's Lost/Found? It won't hurt to put it in there again.......offer a reward, even if it's just $50, it might help.
Cats are very resiliant animals, they can pretty much fend for themselves..........it wasn't declawed was it? It's claws help them to fight off dogs and other cats who wanna fight it and also helps it get food.
I would re-put up fliers......it will probably take whoever a while to take them down anyway.
Good luck:)

IT is totally possible that she has been taken in by someone else. You could put up flyers again, see if it helps.
