recipe to try; lunchmeat slices on buttered bread with diced onions and sliced cheese.
-hotdogs turn out just as good as a bbq.
tip: don't put any meat with a bone on it. it will scratch.
very healthy eating with this grill
-as soon as you are done with cooking. place a wet rag/cloth on it with the catch tray in place while you eat.
the cleanup will be a breeze.
I would highly recommend one of those removable grill styles that are a little more money but well worth it!
once you have a george foreman grill you never go back to a frying pan again!!!!

I love cooking those Jennie O breakfast sausage links or patties on the GF Grill. They cook super fast for breakfast and they don't dry out. My husband loves to make grilled salmon that's been marinated w/ those Lawry's 30 min marinades. You can do the same with any fish and chicken too!! You should get the grill with the removable plates. Clean up is a breeze when you can just pop those suckers in the dishwasher!!

The most natural and healthy diet for humans is an omnivorous diet, and not a plant based diet, or a meat-based diet per se. The Paleo Diet can be very widely varied and omnivorous for the most part, but the most important thing is that it’s unprocessed, and avoids the worst foods that agriculture brought mankind… refined inflammatory vegetable oils, refined grains (some are worse than others), and sugar! Learn here https://tr.im/cbfUj
As you can see, the benefits of adopting a Paleo way of eating can be incredible! I’ve been eating 95% Paleo for the last 5-6 years and I’ve never felt better. I have dozens of friends that have adopted a more Paleo way of eating too, and have seen all sorts of health problems disappear, including eliminating acne and other skin problems, digestion problems, improving brain clarity, and of course, losing a lot of body fat!

Well after you have made things like curry and there is left overs you can make a fabulous toastie just simply get two slices of bread butter them on both sides, as this stops them from sticking to the grill so much. Then add your filling and leave it on the grill until the bread goes crispy and you have a fabulous toastie.

Pretty much anything you like.
Apart from meat you can grill vegetables, the flavours are locked in. Mushrooms seem nicer on the Foreman.
They are excellent for toasted sandwiches,(but go easy on the cheese it tends to ooze out)

I love making grilled cheese samiches on my foreman. Also try marinating some veggies and grilling them.
My kids love grilled hot dogs.
