20 year old and never been kissed?

i am a 20year old guy who has never been kissed by a woman. the i am extremely shy around women what can i do to get some confidence and not be so shy around girls?

Be yourself. Flirt. Women like it when men flirt with them. Take baby steps. It takes practise.

Take your time. There's not rush. You're not the only one out there who has never been kissed. I have several friends that never dated until after university. It's not that unusual. People just don't admit to it.

Alcohol is usually a great answer to shyness. All the shy guys I know never made a move until they went to a party, had a few drinks- and lo and behold, the girl of their dreams happened to be there, and the booze made the connection for them.
Now talking strickly sober? I used to be very shy, and eventually broke out of my shell. The only advice I can give you is to try the best you can, and realize that although a girl can give you the 'blow off', you will get over it, and you will not die. Life without risk is no life at all, so take a risk!
Something else I do recommend is learning how to flirt-read some books, and follow up on the techniques with people (girls) that don't intimidate you that much. Work up your courage from there.
