Sale Season (indirim) for Summer 2007 in Istanbul?

I want to go to Istanbul, Turkey for shopping in Summer 2007. I went there before from 6-13 July 2005 and the sale (indirim) was just starting on about 10 July. When is the best time to go and when does the sale end?

Of course I know there is a sale in January but I do not want to go in the winter this year, I want to go in the summer.

The best time time is mid. August for summer sale.
