Some of the differences are as follows:

1(a) The original language of the Quran is Arabic. Today the Quran is still in Arabic. If today you see Quran published in other languages such as English, it is only considered as translation or interpretation of the Quran.

1 (b) The original language of the Bible is Aramic (one dialect of old Hebrew language). Today the Bible is mostly in English. English translation of the Bible is considered the real Bible itself.

2 (a) There is only one version of the Quran. You can buy Quran published in Saudi Arabia, Indonesia or USA and see the chapters, verses and words are the same.

2 (b) Today there are many versions of the Bible. There is a King James version for the Protestants. There is a Roman-Catholic Authorized version for the Catholics.

3 (a) Muslims are considered having read the Quran if they read it in it's original language (in Arabic). However Muslims also believe that learning the teachings of the Quran by reading the English translation will also be blessed with spiritual reward by God.

3 (b) Reading the English translation of the Bible is considered by Christians as reading the original Bible.

The Koran denies that God has a son. It claims that Ishmael is the son that God promised he would bless the nations through. It claims that someone else died in the place of Jesus on the cross. And it denies that Jesus came to pay for our sins.

1) in the bible it says to marry your wife, mohammed had more than one wife.

2) the quran has different verses in it, also dark one's, the bible doesn't. (Talking about killing the unbelievers)

3) the quran puts in question if jesus is the son of god, says he isn't (is it one of the dark verses that satan has put in it? just a question), the bible states jesus is the son of god.

4) the bible is mentionned in the quran ( the person hwo knows the bible torah and quran has knowledge) in a positive way, in the bible the quran (or some verses of it) are mentionned in a negative way ("they are trying to get access to the "holy gardens" by following special cleanings")

5) the quran says jesus is a prophet, while the bible states it is the saviour.

I can't think of more right now.

uhhhhh let's see in the Holy Qu'ran (Koran) it states that Jesus Christ is a prophet and in the Holy Bible it states that he is the son of God and other then that I believe they are pretty much the same at least in the church I grew up in and same denominations but different churches like some believe when a women is worshiping she should have her head covered same in Islam it doesn't say a women has to wear hijab but when she is in the Mosque her hair and body should be fully covered which if your in church at least the one I grew up in your body was fully covered but not your head unless you wanted to and they both state when your worshiping you should be clean be nice to your neighbors one person isn't better then another people and just love everyone ohhhh yeah in the Qu'ran it says like eye for an eye but in the Bible it says turn the other cheek that is another difference ohhhh yeah and the pork thing growing up in my church we didn't eat pork it says in the Bible it is a filthy beast and that is why it's belly scrubs the ground when it walks and in the Qu'ran it also states not to eat it but some Christians don't believe this they think just back in the day they didn't have proper ways of cooking it well I don't care if it says it is a nasty beast then guess what that is just what it is I'm not eating it

The Koran says, "Fight in the cause of Allah" (Qu'ran 2.244); the Bible says, "the weapons of our warfare are not carnal" (Eph. 6:12; 2 Cor. 10:4).

The Koran says, "Fight and slay the Pagans wherever ye find them" (Qu'ran 9.5); Christ said, "Preach the gospel to every creature" (Mark 16:15).

The Koran says, "I will inspire terror into the hearts of unbelievers" (Qu'ran 8.12); God inspires His terror (fear, reverential awe) into the hearts of believers (Isaiah 8:13).

The Koran (Qu'ran) is a terrorist manual which condones fighting, conflict, terror, slaughter, and genocide against those who do not accept Islam; the Bible is a missionary manual to spread the gospel of peace to all the world (Rom. 10:15).

Their is only one answer. Christinaity has a true God that even legal evidence can support.
Islam has a camel salesmen looking for a new god(he selected his favorite among the many deities) . The real differences are to numerous to list even on this broad forum.
