The list of who should reproduce would be much shorter ...
But, on my short list of people who shouldn't reproduce:
Paris Hilton
Lindsay Lohan
Fergie (the Pea, not the Princess)
Tara Reid
Any of the Hogans and/or Carters (who have not yet spawned)
Anyone with the last name 'Simpson'
All of these people should be tranqu'ed, sterilized and tagged.

Anyone under ...say 18....reproducing goes hand in hand with responsibility..and if you are responsible but under whatever age is set you would wait to make such and important decision ..otherwise you shouldn't....if that makes sense....lol.
.For my kids i would set the age to much higher)..:)..give them time time to explore and do thing in life which so many young people miss out on....but then again isnt reproducing a human right..whatever your age or mental status....??

That is a hard question because I have known people who I thought were going to be horrible parents turn out to be the greatest, and parents I thought were going to be awsome are horrible...
I do agree with that lady saying people should have a license for it. I think that would be a great way to get women to join the army, have to serve your two years to be able to have kids- like in that storm troopers movie

People who already have children in Family Services Custody.
People who care more about themselves than they do their own kids.
Parents who use drugs and are alcoholics

My gut reaction was to say "stupid people" but that is not helpful.
Clearly pedophiles should not have children.
People with congenital diseases (that would wipe out a number of them).
People that already have more than they can support themselves.
We could start with that and work our way down to violent criminals.

People who suck. People who have no manners. People who don't practice the golden rule. People who go to restaurants 30 minutes before closing. People who don't give you the wave when you let them in. People who don't say thank you when you hold the door open/ elevator for them. people who don't hold the door/elevator for you. People who don't say please or thankyou. People who don't control their children. No one likes your kids but you. People who grunt while they eat, drink, pee. People who expect you to acknowlege them while they are on a cell phone. If you are anyone on this very small list I hope you change or die, because if you breed you will perpetuate yourstupidity. My family can't stand any more of your kind. Please excuse any spelling, grammar or semantic errors. I could go on for hours on who shouldn't breed and am quite wound up. No,I do not pretend to be perfect,but unlike those mentioned I make an honest effort to be a civilized human being.
