Does she have pudding like stools? Weight loss? Take her into the vet. There are a few different things it could be. German Shepherds can have EPI or pancreatic enzyme problems. Normally with this,we see pudding like stools and weight loss. The vet can do a TLI test for this. Other things could be like a chronic bacterial overgrowth. Take her in. It could aso be a partial obstruction.

i can't tell you why. there are a number of reasons as to why she might be vomiting and any of those would just be a guess. you need to take her to a vet. before you get there think because you will be asked. is she up to date on all vaccines for the year? has she gotten into any toxins, different foods, trash or anything else you can think of? you can call an er vet and see if they think it's something she needs to be seen forn now. pull up her food and let her drink water if she will do it. if not you can give her unflavored pedialyte with an infant dosing syringe. don't force too much at one time, small amounts will help keep her hydrated. if she has been vomiting all day she is already dehydrated and might need iv fluids from the er vet. call them, or just call your regular vet. most will have an emergency number on their machines. if for whatever reason you can't then call your regular vet first thing in the morning or just take her on in. if you are worried and she's getting worse find the nearest er vet and take her there now. good luck.

If the vomit is yellow or green then it's bile. Take her to the vet. She needs to take in some fluid ASAP!!! She probably just ate something that didn't agree with her, but you never know for sure untill she's checked out by a vet.

She could have ate something she shouldn't have, like a rubber or plastic toy. If it is lodged in her intestine, it could kill her. If she isn't better tomorrow, take her to the vet. They can take an X-ray and should be able to tell right away. Don't wait. It could kill her very easily.

Call a vet right away!! They will answer your questions and may want to see the dog. He may have eaten something he shouldn't have and is having trouble bringing it up. Or it may be something more serious. Either way call a local vet.

If she doesn't have all her puppy shots, it could be parvo, which causes the puppy to vomit and have diarrhea which will cause her to dehydrate and could be life threatening. She should see a vet asap.
