I was thinking about some kind of switch that I could install between the satellite dish and the receiver..I mean she is watching TV 4 hours a day ....She should be cleaning ..

Sorry there are no devices to prevent her .
But you can try to talk with her in something she likes to talk about , or try reading with her something you both want to read
or do somethings which you both love to share .
Then i think you should see her reduces the time watching TV

Take an interest in her, develope a hoby together.

one of two things u can do
get rid of the tv or get rid of the wife.

i got rid of oth my wife and the tv and i am happier than i ever was.
