i guess it's because i look at my sister who watch those tv commercials and believe that the pill will reduce her weight without problem, and suddenly having an unexplicable love for food, or simply for the back that i dont use medicine at all

Sorry, but this question is really ignorant. You obviously don't know a thing about economics. Do you think God put all the medicines here on earth for all mankind, aspirin in one pile, polio vaccine in another, Prozac in another, and Mr. Greedy hoarded them all to himself saying, "Pay me a fortune or I'll keep them to myself."? Where do you think the wonder drugs you seem to think you are entitled to free of charge come from? Do you have any idea the millions in research it takes to produce a single drug? Let me guess - you're going to vote for the Socialist Dems and Universal health care. What is really terrifying is that people like you cancel out my vote.
