my cousin had a pet turkey. i discovered this when I spent the night and was slept on the couch... in the morning... there was a very cute baby turkey snuggling with me.
...it even smelled like turkey. it was really creepy. oh the horror when I think of that baby turkey when I go to eat turkey...

I love animals, last year we were looking to buy a different house, and one of them had a turkey farm, the owner explained how lucrative it was. I said they would become my pets, I would name them and I could not do that to them.
I told my son about this (until this point I thought he loved animals like me) and he says Mom, you just have to give them the right names...Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years.
I think Turkeys are cute in a weird way and ducks are very handsome animals.

I love ducks. They're so cute. I collect duck animals and everything. My mom loves them too. When she was little she even had a pet duck for a few weeks, but it got too big and she had to give it away.

yes, for playing with. Ducks are fun to watch, as they can swim without drowning their butts. Turkeys are fun to catch if they're lost.

What about tuckies? You know, a cross between a turkey and a duck. They quobble, which is a combination of a quack and a gobble. Save the tuckies!

i prefer chickens to any barnyard fowl. and geese... .
but i do like turkeys ad ducks. ... as well.

I think they are cute, but where I am, I'm not zoned for them. So I can't have any for pets.
