I had the same symptoms as you when I was in school. I had a hyper-thyroid, but also came to find out when my blood sugar was low I had these symptoms, but I had spinning sensation also. If you are not eating breakfast, could be your body telling you that you need to eat a decent breakfast in the mornings. Like the others, I'd see a doctor ASAP.

You wuestion says ...whenever I am in school and then once every 6 months.
Which one is it. Could it be you are skipping breakfast that day or have a big test and your are nervous or hyperventilating.
You need to keep better track of these things to get an answer. In the meantime go to the doc for a physical.

It sounds like you are having some sort of anxiety attack. Have you had a check up with lab work up lately? Sounds like you really need to have this checked out. There are other reasons too: blood pressure, not eating, taking medication on an empty stomach, dehydration, diabetes, you see we are not doctors, so take this medical advice and seek medical attention as soon as you can.

your symptoms tend towards a neurological reaction of some kind. Being that it is so far apart, could suspect anxiety attack of some kind or a response to something ingested i.e. food drink or etc. causing a reaction in nervous system. Do seek the advice of a physician. More than one if you continue with attacks and no resolution with one doctor, continue searching you'll find the answer. good luck

For me, the main demanding symptom grew to become into the nosebleeds. It wasn't the worst symptom -- I had horrendous nausea & morning disease for roughly 5 months, and it grew to become into undesirable -- in spite of the undeniable fact that it grew to become into one I wasn't anticipating. I had a nosebleed approximately each and every week or so by way of 2.5 trimesters, and that they continually appeared to hit on the main inconvenient circumstances. i've got no longer had a nosebleed in some weeks now (*knock on timber*), however the having-to-pee-each and every-ten-minutes is initiating to get to me.
