Yessssssss, very easily. In fact you don't even have to be female or a transsexual to get a yeast infection. And get this-A woman's vagina is not the only place on the body that can grow yeast. I am a male, and I got a bad yeast infection in my esophagus. I got it from having acid re-flux disease. It got so bad that I was having severe irritation to the point of bleeding and throwing up blood. I had to spend two days in the hospital.-Voodoo

Sure they are regular humans too. People can get yeast infrections in their mouth and jock itch is really a fungal infection too, so yeah they can no matter what gender they are.
