i have heard that bms is difficult degree is this true

NO IT IS NOT AT ALL DIFFICULT. I AM ALSO DOING BMS. I AM IN FOURTH SEMESTER. THE SUBJECTS ARE QUITE INTERESTING. WE HAVE VARIOUS PROJECTS, REPORTS, ASSIGNMENTS AND CASE STUDIES TO PREPARE.
IT WILL BE A LITTLE DIFFICULT IN THE BEGINNING, BUT IT WILL BECOME EASY AS YOU WILL TAKE INTERESTS IN THE SUBJECT.

Let her know you are willing to meet in the middle somewhere, but with pictures involved for a "life time", you would like something at least you agree on. Go shopping with her and I assume you two can find something you like together. A dress isn't everything though when it comes to a wedding. Some bridesmaids might not remember wedding isn't about dress, it is about a commitment to their significant other. So, don't let a dress get in the way of a friendship or true meaning of the wedding.

If you know nothing of the syllabus, then 'yes' , if you know your subjects well, find them interesting then 'no'. If you like that subject go for it, irrespective of people's opinions, but if you don't like those subjects and feel them burdensome, then don't go for it, decide to take something that gives you joy.
