It will grow back. Hair starts at the third layer of skin. As long as you don't get severly burned, your hair will always keep growing back.

It won't stop your hair from growing, as long as you're not plucking the hair out.

If anything the gentle pull and rubbing should stimulate the skin allowing hair to grow through easier.

Also most men have a little patch somewhere on thier face that might not grow hair for no apperent reason. Thats normal too. By shaving it may stimulate the growth of more hair. It also often causes your facial hair to look thicker when it grows back.

Pulling the hair out, preferably with tweezers, will not prevent the hair from coming back. It will take longer for the hair to grow in again, but it will undoubtedly come back. Shaving will just lead to the hair appearing darker and coarser, maybe even causing ingrown hairs on your face.

You may also want to try cream hair removal such as Sally Hansen Extra Strength Creme Hair Remover. Make sure it's specified for facial hair or it can burn the skin causing scabs to appear.

Unless you are pulling out the actual root of the hair it will grow back. If you have pulled the root no amount of shaving or rubbing will make the hair grow back, the follicle which produced the hair is gone. If you are not causing yourself pain I doubt you are pulling out the root so I wouldn't worry too much!

Ahhhh if only it were that easy. No, it's really, really hard to make hairs disappear forever - and if you're doing it pretty gently you're probably just loosening hairs that were going to fall out soon anyway. No worries - it will come back!
PS It doesn't matter if you pull the root out - where are people getting that? Ah! You have to destroy the follicle completely, as in third-degree burn - as in the part that grew the hair just isn't there anymore.

Most hair removal methods are temporary and painful.
Many people prefer to make their body and facial hair less noticeable by bleaching.
Detailed information about the effectiveness of bleaching is available at http://www.hairremoval.in/hairbleach.html

One thing you could do to stop it is by telling yourself that you won't do anything to hurt yourself, and that includes pulling hair from your face. Keep your hands down all the time and make sure that you only raise it to your head if you want to fix your hair.

I beilve i will grow back, because when you get a wax job, it like pulls the hair out but that grows back. so it should grow back. and shaving it more is just a wifes tale.

your hair will grow back, unless you aren't eating right. For every piece of hair that falls out, one will come out.
