The only reason Earth is the only planet in our solar system with O 2 is because of liquid water, ie. the Oceans. The oceans are our most precious natural resource, so absolutely PROTECT THEM!! The problem is that technically no one country owns the oceans, so no one country is responsible for keeping them clean. So, no one does it.

Well can't we just plant more plants. Don't plants also emit oxygen as well. Just plant twice as much trees. wait, what would happen to the ocean to stop it from emitting oxygen?
