Seperate your work out, only lift 3 times a week. Soak in an ice cold bath immediatly after work out, it helps relieve joint stiffness. Massages are great!

Pilates!!! I do 1 day pilates, 1 day weight lifting, 1 day rest (or running, depending on how i feel) and pilates does the trick.

Lately my weight workouts have become too intense and I need to add one more pilates session.

Pilates improves your stiffness, makes you more flexible and you look more slender.
