I'm an orthodontist so take it from me, it all really depend on which ones you take, 1 session ones that you buy from the dentist definitely work, the ones you buy from the store sorta kinda work. It all depend on the brand you buy, see usually the most expensive store bought ones are the best and when you get those you have to use them continuously until told to stop otherwise they wont work, they have to work over time.

Tooth whiteners do not destroy the enamel on your teeth. That's a misconception. Most tooth whiteners are made of hydrogen peroxide in a gel form. They also contain carbamide peroxide which breaks down into hydrogen peroxide. The only whitening products that aren't safe are the no name brands you find in some stores. They have preservatives that can become acidic after they've been on the shelf too long. As long as you stick with name brands like colgate, crest, anything with the ADA seal of approval or anything from your dentist, your enamel will be fine and your teeth will be whiter.

You should try maximum teeth whitening products from trusted health products company. I try it for 4 months and it works for me. I get this recommendation from my dentist. You should also use the other products called "oramd" it can help you fight gum disease. Honestly, I try almost all the whitening products on the market and most of them are not work.

Commercial tooth whiteners use hydrogen peroxide and
are expensive and inconvenient. A cheap and natural tooth whitening home remedy uses few strawberries but certain precautions have to be taken.I found the information at http://tinyurl.com/ep7yg

The methods you're using now can be helpful to a limited extent. The dental sessions in the dental clinic (The laser method) is even more helpful (but also to a limited extent) unless your teeth are already in a good tooth shade.

most of the ones that do seem to work eat the enamel off of your teeth, doesn't seem to be quite so worth it, maybe better to just invest in veeneers, considering you have to continue to use whiting products for all time.
