WATER for 30 days that's one of the craziest things Ive ever hear.. do you want to go to the grave....the best way to lose weight... is simple.. you need to diet and exercise... you can't expect to lose the weight just by water....1. water has no nutrition, you need a good diet that contain veggies, fruits, and lean meats like turkey and chicken, also a good cardio exercise, like walking, running, or strength training, I'm sorry please don't try that water diet.. it will only make you sick..........good luck........

Of course you'll lose lots of weight - you won't be eating for a month. BUT, any weight you lose will come back very very quickly when you start eating normally. I've tried liquid fast before and that's always what happens. A month is a very long time to not eat, I could almost guarantee you that you'll end up passing out or getting very sick from the lack of nutrients and energy from food, especially since you're diabetic. If you're looking for a way to lose weight, do something that will work and won't kill your body, like cutting back on the food you eat and trying to eat almost no sugary things or processed foods (white bread, candy, snack cakes or crackers). Try cutting out meat if you can, it will help a lot. It is very important to EXERCISE!! Even if you can't do much, talking a long walk or jog and lifting some weights or doing things like push ups or crunches will be good for you. Good luck!!

LOL. No. You could not be more wrong. Technically yes, the human body is capable of living for roughly 40 days on nothing but water. Of course this is NOT safe and will not help you lose weight in the long run. Your body will first use all its source of carbs, then move onto your fat while slowly taking energy from muscle reserves. Your body will start to "shut down" organs that it cannot get the energy for and you will probably be screwed. All in all, don't do it. Talk to a physician or something. I like my diet, eat natural carbs (plants/whole grains) and lean meat. Pretty much just a all around healthy thing going on. And you gotta remember to exercise, that's 1/2 of losing weight. Starving yourself won't work, sorry buddy.

I did that. didn't lose much weight.nine lbs.I went 3 weeks.I did it to cleanse my body of impurity's. the best way to lose weight and I have been a spa instructor and manager of a health club and a member of a health club for 34 years.and the people who lost weight the best rode the stationary bike for an hour a day and ate whole natural foods. no white flour products and sweets and not much red meat. when you fast you get bad headaches. after 3 to 4 days but they go away. consult a doctor if you fast for a long time.you might need some protein powder mixed with some juice every day.its not good to fast without getting some nutrients.I should have taken some protein powder when I fasted that time.for 3 weeks. good luck.

No offence, but that's crazy. I am diabetic and lost a lot of weight quickly (10 pounds during first two weeks) on the Atkins diet. That diet is also good at lowering blood sugar as well. Atkins is not wonderful nutritionally (particulary during induction) so it's important to supplement with a lot of vitamins.
I realise Atkins is no longer trendy, but it does work well, especially for people who are at risk of type II diabetes.

It will make you very weak to try this. If you die from lack of nutrients your body will weigh a lot less but it's not a desirable goal is it? Try having a diet shake for most of your meals and then have a high fiber, low calorie meal for the the other meals.
If you try having water only for days, you will lose lots of muscle and other needed body tissues.

It is not healthy at all. Your body needs nutrients in order to work correctly. Too few nutrients can lead to problems such as your hair and teeth falling out, loss of muscle mass, deficiencies of electrolytes and minerals that regulate your heart, brain and other vital organs, possibley leading to death.
