Sometimes when I'm lying down and trying to go to sleep, a muscle in my leg will spasm and it gives me the sensation that I'm falling from a standing position. Pretty jarring. Apparently, it's some trait that runs in the maternal bloodline. My mother, my aunt, and my sister all experience it, too.

Depends on how close I'm sleeping to that frayed electric wire running across the bottom of my bed. I'll tell you what, when I brush my foot across that critter...I get some real serious hurky jerkys. Yup. Real "uncontrolable" muscle spasms. And some twitching of "thee" eye lid.
Some input? Yup. Stay away from that there critter. Maybe even consider buying some of that black tape to wrap that thing up with.
But then again, what would I be doing for entertainment when I was sleeping?
Plus, that danged old dog would probably chew thru another chunk of it again.

definite.. i've got been suffering to doze off on time presently.. it truly is because of the fact the climate is undesirable back, regularly, if i choose for a run.. I sleep quite early because of the fact it makes me drained. yet i've got have been given lots artwork now, and it rains all day.. that i don't pass.. BQ: No, which could in easy terms shop me unsleeping.. :)

I wake up with cramps every so often, when my hamstring has been contracted for too long at a really high strain level. It sucks.
