I get infuriated over things that I shouldn't be mad at at all. When I think about some things it really gets my blood boiling. I almost never act out on it and I cant tell anyone that I'm mad. So I have to hold it all in. I know when you hold things in that you'll blow.
I dont know why I get mad but theres not stopping it. Is there any advice someone can give me? serious answers please.
(other then seeing help from a professional)

I dont hurt anyone at all nor do I yell at anyone. I dont express my anger in any way. I do hold back and usually forget after awhile. The thing is I just dont want to get mad.

First of all, you should try to calm down yourself. Second, do some strength training exercise such as workout at the gym or go swimming it can help you relieve stress by releasing happy hormone.Last, do not think caffeine drinks such as coffee or eat sugary food, those can make you hyper.

I suggest an anger management class. It's not quite seeing a professional and it will help you get insight into what makes you angry and why you react.
And shhhh...I'll tell you a secret - for anger management classes to work you have to stay through the whole thing! I left my first anger management class at lunch because the instructor pissed me off so badly! Later, when I took another one, I realized that that was part of the class, she was TRYING to piss everyone off!
Another suggestion would be to take a look at your diet. Do you consume a lot of caffiene? I am much easier to trigger if I'm overcaffienated. Same for sugar or anything else that jacks me up. I've also noticed I'm much more irritable if I've been eating a lot of salt or haven't been drinking enough water.
Hope something here helps!

If you are a teenager this will get better as you get older. But it isn't good to hold things in. I am bad about that. I tend to let people run all over me and I let it build until I blow up. I usually then look like a maniac. I have learned to tell someone if they have made me angry or hurt my feelings instead of letting it build and then blow. I talk to them instead of screaming. I realized that showing out just makes it worse. And causes more problems. Walk away from situation for a minute get fresh air and try to talk to the person then instead of letting it build. Remember you can't control the way people are and how they act but you can yourself.
Be the more mature one and be calm. It is worth it in the long run,. You don't want your temper to land you in jail and forced to have anger management classes. Good Luck!

In the early seventies there was this experimental drug called Lysergic acid Diethylamide that worked 100% in curing anger issues. (especially in men abusive to their Wives). You might try that in a very positive and uplifting environment of course.

How strong is your will power? It takes a lot to control your anger, mainly energy. Deep breaths and long walks normally helps a lot. Concentrate on controlling it, if you practice this you should have no problem with handling it in the futer..O.K..Good Luck...........
