I'm a 19 year old female and I can diagnose your problem.
YOU ARE A FREAKING 20 YEAR OLD MALE!
UHH this is exactly why I don't date guys my age, because all they want is one thing: sex!! Y'all don't want a relationship and NO you do NOT love her or you would not even think of cheating. You obviously do not want to or need to be in a relationship. Since you aren't man enough to control your lustful urges and snap out of your "sex filled mind zone" you need to just remain single until you get laid as much as possible and recieve many STD's and then maybe you shall mature a little bit.
Uhhhhh!
What should you do when girls approach you and you are in a relationship??
You should say, "I'm sorry, I am in a relationship!" but you probably want to say "I'm single!" So basically, just remain single dude until you really want a relationship, it will save girls hearts. Please.
Fine, go have sex with whomever you want, that is YOUR choice after all, just PLEASE do not ever cheat on anyone, because you do not realize it, but that is SO painful to someone, and why do it to a girl you could have feelings for? That's not cool.

UUHHH... you're 20! that is what happens to people who get serious before they are ready, and no you should never cheat that will do irrepairable damage to that young girl's ability to trust anyone forever, there is nothing wrong with you, you just need to read your own question and realize what you said there is the answer you commited and weren't ready yet handle this with compassion but maybe you need to experience a liitle more of life before you commit to another, when you're truly ready naked girls could approach LOL and you would not care, you're young sweetheart live your life first!

Well one thing that I must disagree with is that you are falling in love with the girl. If you were falling in love with her you would not want another. Looking is okay, anything else is not. If you feel you cannot be faithful to one person, tell the girl so that she can have the opportunity to leave and find somebody else if she wants. Honesty is the best thing in any type of relationship. If you don't have honesty you have nothing. Maybe you are still too young for one on one relationship.

This is going to be harsh, but I think that your an A$$. If you are falling in love with her, then you wont wont to cheat. I am younger than you, and I don't even think that other girls are pretty anymore because I care so much about her. If you really can't take it, break up with her (nicely) and don't do anything like screw her the night before you break up. Otherwise, recommit yourself to the relationship, and take care of her right. I promise she will appreciate you for it, and you will appreciate your decision. If you don't take action you might end up hurting both of you, and nobody likes that

Something is wrong. You must not like her as much as you think. If you did, especially so soon into the relationship, these thoughts wouldn't even cross your mind. The beginning is always the best part. Just dump her and go about your business. You'll be doing her a favor.

ok lets turn the tables a bit. how would you feel if she's the one who feels that she needs to cheat? you'd probably turn blood red with rage!
now nothing's wrong with you. you're just good looking. i'm married already and i still look at other girls. but it doesn't mean that i want to be with them. i just admire them. of course i don't look at others when i'm with my wife.
the answer will come with what you will do with all the girls approaching you. of course when you're younger it is much more difficult to resist the temptation. but it can be done. it's just a matter of remembering that when she finds out, your done. and you lost a very fine girl. which is very hard to find nowadays

The way you ask the question gives you the answer. Using the word "cheat" suggests doing something that you don't feel is honorable. So, if you honor yourself you will honor any commitments you make, including any explicit or implicit commitments to her that you will be "faithful". I'm not talking about verbal commitments...you know if she considers you "exclusive" and herself "exclusive". If you want to go out with other girls, go ahead...but be sure to be honest with her and tell her you want to date other women as well. If that is unacceptable to her, then you make the choice, either her or the field. Nothing wrong with either choice but be honorable about it.

If you were truly falling in love with her, you wouldn't be so quick to look at other girls. Girls will approach you... but if you really loved your girlfriend, you wouldn't care. Do her a favor and break up.

youre afraid of commitment.
Dont cheat, thats scum bag behavior - be a man. Do the honorable thing. Either quit thinking with the dumbstick, or dump the GF.
