whatever you do, DON'T stop working out!!!!!

I had a gym membership and I quit a couple weeks before my wedding. I didn't think I had gained anything, and I didn't try on my dress again until the night before the wedding...
it was WAY too small!!!! We had to stay up until 2 in the morning ripping out every single stitch.

I would say, make it fit you now, and just eat healthy and keep exercising until your wedding...if you wanna look a little skinnier, wear a girdle. If you actually get a little too skinny...you can always pin it.

Keep working out and just make sure that you put your dress on no later then a month before your wedding. If it needs to be altered most places will do a rush order if you are willing to pay extra. Or just have someone available the day of your wedding to pin you in. If the store you bought it from refuses to alter the dress are March 2 then start looking for seamstresses and alterations people in the phone book, from referrals, etc. Some of the best alterations I have ever saw came from seamstresses in their own homes. Dont worry though as long as you dont lose 20 or more pounds there will be little to no alterations

You can get it altered after that, but it may cost you a lot more.
Definitely keep exercising and eat healthy. If you go nuts and starve yourself for the february fitting, you could set yourself up for weight gain afterwards. As hard as it sounds, just try to relax about it and diet smartly. if you do lose more weight, great, you can always either pin it or have someone else alter the dress if the bridal shop wont do it for you.
Good luck and congratulations! (My wedding date is May 12th!!)

No, you need to stop losing weight. Believe me, with the size of wedding dresses, 10 pounds is NOT going to make a difference in how you look.

Alterations are not cheap, and not all of them can be undone. You are running the risk of not fitting in your dress on your wedding day, and not having anything that you can do about it. That's a big risk for such an important day and such an expensive dress!

Save yourself the heartache and just stop trying to lose weight right now. You look fine!
