Yes you can sponsor your husband from India. No problem from the Govt Of India , Check it out with your local Govt rules & regulations regarding sponsorship & immigration of your Indian Husband. As such there wont be any problem as on humitarian grounds all countries allow immigration of the spouse without much formatilies.
