Saddam was able to maintain law and order in Iraq even if it was by Sword. It does not matter as US kills Iraqi\uies in the same way as Saddam

the only reason there wasn't shiite/sunni fighting was because saddam killed off all relatives of anyone even accused orsuspected of hurting a sunni.

Yes Saddam could, He just massacred those who got in his way.why have you all forgotten the torture he and his boys did, then then go home and watch videos of the beheading they did for enjoyment.He invaded Kuwait, and U.S. kept Him from taking over Saudi Arabia. He raped woman and children while husband watched then killed them all in a unthinkable manner.
