Im on synthroid 100mcg for hypothryoidism..Ive forgot to take it for 5 days can anything bad happen?

If you miss a dose or forge to use your medicine,
Use it as soon as you can.
If it is almost time for your next dose, wait until then to use the
synthroid and skip the missed dose.
Do not use extra dose to make up for a missed dose.

If you don't have any side effect, so don't worry.

Usually this medicine take 6 to 8 week to get the benefit of it

You should not see any serious effect. You should take a dose now and then continue daily. You should make it part of your daily routine so you don't forget. Associate it with something you do everyday.
