Oh! This is easy!
Any girl can get a guy using 'sexual favors' All she has to do is say yes. But that wont impress him.
Men love to talk about themselves. Ask him questions. Be interested in what he has to say and compliment him. Ask him about his hobbies. Sports. Whatever... and ask indepth questions. Be prepare in advance with the questions so you dont stumble on your words.
Don't act like you are interested in him - just that you find him interesting. The worst thing any woman can do is be too available! You dont want to seem needy!
When you see him again, ask him a question about something you previously talked about - he will be flattered you remembered. Be consistant. It may take some time, but he will notice you and remember you because the conversations you had with him, made him feel good about himself!

Get to know him. Find out what he likes in a girl, what he likes to do for fun, and what kind of music is he into. But remember never let a guy come between you and your pals. If your pals are true they will be there for you through thick and thin.
