Having a ticket will NOT prevent you from leaving your state. Who told you that it did?

When you posted bond, you promised to return for the court date - otherwise you forfeit the bond and a warrant will probably be issued for your arrest. You can return from another state, your house, wherever - a foreign country for that matter.

There is a lesson here - do NOT take legal advice from whomever the idiot was that gave you the bogus information about your current ticket.
