Why do we have eyebrows for? I heard that is to protect water going into your eyes.?

But for an example; u wash your hair, of course water gets in your eyes. So there is no point of having eyebrows.

Eyebrows are not only to protect your eyes, but also to define your features. I can assure you that without them you won't look very attactive. There are many different shapes of eyebrows and each make you look different. Some give you a friendly expression and another might make you look shy or even mad. Hope you reconsider your statement as this will prevent you from making a big mistake.

(a). to prevent sweat and/or small foreign objects from falling into
the eyes
(b) for sensing something before if enters the eye,

The primary purpose of eyebrows is to keep sweet (water) out of your eyes. whilst you still get water in your eyes when you wash your hair, you would get a lot more water in your eyes if you did'nt have eyebrows...

Eyebrows are there to protect your eyes. Of course they don't completely block water from getting into them, however when your forehead sweats your eyebrows help from that getting into your eyes...besides, have you ever seen those people who shave them off? REALLY creepy!

There there to protect your eyes from dust particles and any other crap that can get in your eyes, i mean they are there for a reason otherwise we wouldnt have them.
