well first of all i have these tiny itchy bumps on the outer lips of my vagina and a medium one that looks like a rip or something that has skin over it.....it is painful but doesnt itch.....any ideas of what this could be i dont want answers that say go to a doctor b.c im planning on it but i just need to see if anyone has an idea of what it could be

They could be small cycts which have become infected;

I agree, sounds like cysts that are infected, especially the bigger one. The dr. will probably give you antibiotics or may have to lance the larger one. My mom gets a lot of tiny cysts on her thighs and back. Her dr. said some people are just predisposed to get them.
